We offer in-home cognitive-communication therapy, speech and language therapy, and swallowing therapy tailored to adults and seniors in the NYC area. Services are evidence-based and personalized for every patient.

Adults experiencing changes in memory, communication, voice, or swallowing due to stroke, brain injury, Parkinson’s, dementia, or natural aging can benefit from therapy.
What does “concierge” speech therapy mean?
It means personalized, one-on-one care delivered in your home. No waiting rooms, no rushed sessions — just exceptional care brought to your door.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. We offer virtual sessions for clients who prefer remote visits or live outside our core service area, when clinically appropriate.
Do you accept insurance?
We are a private-pay practice. This allows us to provide longer, higher-quality, and more flexible sessions without the restrictions imposed by insurance.
Can I get reimbursed by my insurance?
Possibly. We can provide you with a superbill (itemized receipt) that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Check with your provider for eligibility.
How much do your services cost?

What areas do you serve?
We currently serve Manhattan and select parts of Brooklyn and Queens. If you’re outside our zone, virtual options may be available.
