Premium Pay
We pay a minimum of $90/hour, and higher depending on experience and caseload. We understand that your time and training are valuable. You shouldn’t have to fight for a fair wage.
No Productivity Quotas
We don't believe in squeezing every minute out of your day. You’ll have time to provide thorough, ethical, client-centered care without the pressure of unrealistic billing demands.

Our founder, Katarina Ernestus, is a licensed SLP with a background in SNFs, rehab leadership, and healthcare business strategy. She’s seen the burnout, the underpayment, and the red tape—and built this business to be the opposite.
